ACTing among others. How to Broaden the ACT Communities by Joining Committed Action on both sides of the Oder.

The workshop is the result of cooperation between two European ACBS chapters associating ACT practitioners from Poland and German-speaking countries (ACBS Polska and DGKV).

During the workshop, participants will learn how to use the processes of psychological flexibility in the context of building bridges over cultural, linguistic and social barriers. The aim is also to develop openness and awareness of one’s own prejudices, beliefs and stereotypes, and to engage in initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion and equity in communities.

The workshop is also intended to help identify valuable initiatives that can be implemented as part of the joined ACT Conference in Poznań, organized by ACBS Polska and DGKV, September 8^th – 11^th, 2022.
